I’m Ready

Hey, I’m Rob

In my now available Master Class and newly released book (Think.Map.Do. and The Operator), I share how I went from selling watermelons on the side of a road to running a massive $3 billion region. I have 28 years of senior leadership experience in large, NYSE public companies. I took a money losing region and grew it to $3+ billion in revenues and $700+ million in operating income. You can take the lessons I learned along the way and immediately implement them to fast track your career.

Books

I wrote “Think. Map. Do. – How Ambitious Leaders Can Accelerate Their Climb Into Senior Management” with all the young and ambitious leaders in mind that I’ve coached up over the years. What management secrets did I try to impart to them? What sage advice did I offer to help them accelerate their careers? And what pitfalls did I try to help them avoid so they didn’t sabotage their careers?

I wrote “The Operator – Learn How To Become A Rockstar In The Home Building Industry with a focus on those that are in entry, mid and VP-level management positions but are ambitious, want to grow and take on added responsibilities (whether at the division level, regional, national or even C-Suite). I teach the importance of zooming out and thinking organizationally; finding unique ways to add value; building a killer team (and then retaining them); employing competitive analysis to make smart strategic moves; overcoming mis-steps and blunders; understanding financial statements; etc.

I’m a big advocate of self development and I’m always looking for ways to help improve my skillset and value. I came across Rob’s course and was immediately impressed with his professional growth over the course of his career. I really love the way he articulates concepts in a very clear and direct way. I particularly got a lot of value out the finance training. To be honest, I’m not much of a numbers person, but Rob broke down the key numbers and details on a P & L I should be looking at that could help save the company thousands. It’s been very powerful for me and, I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking to grow personally and professionally.

Rob Hutton has made a deep impact on me, both personally and professionally. As he outlines in the introduction to this master class, few people, if any, achieve great success in their careers without “great coaches” along the way. Rob has been one of those “great coaches” for me, and this master class is a superb compilation of the lessons he has taught me through example and word – lessons that I know will change any young, hungry professional’s career and, ultimately, life. I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn what real leadership looks like and who has a burning desire to advance their career into upper management and beyond.

When will Rob’s books be available?

“Think. Map. Do.”  is available now. You can purchase it here. Rob’s second book, “The Operator” should be available by the end of March, 2023.

What is your refund policy?

Apologies, but there are no refunds. Rob’s advice is this: if you are not willing to invest $299 in yourself to learn how to fast track your career – from someone who has both operated a $3+ billion region of a NYSE company and someone who has coached hundreds of young leaders – do NOT order his Master Class. The same advice holds true for his books and one-on-one coaching. He greatly appreciates your understanding.

How many people did Rob manage?

When he retired from his Regional President role in April of ‘22, his team had ~ 1,400 associates.

If I attend his in-person seminars in Austin, Beaver Creek or Vail, how long are they and how much do they cost?

The seminars are currently $2,500/person (subject to change without notice) and are all-day events. You’ll typically fly in on a Thursday and begin class the next morning. Most will want to stay an extra few days over the weekend, exploring Austin’s music scene and nightlife (bats, bars, bbq, and cool restaurants) or Colorado’s mountains for hiking, biking or skiing (plus the restaurants in Beaver Creek and Vail are awesome).
